Get loud and proud with Sheppard at the 2026 San Diego Pride Parade! Join us for a pre-parade brunch before we watch the parade at our pop-up tent! We will come full of pride as we cheer in support of LGBTQ+ individuals, culture, and heritage. All are welcome — bring your loved ones! All ages are encouraged to join in the fun.
Brunch at Cocina De Barrio (Hillcrest)
We'll enjoy delicious Mexican cuisine at this buffet-style breakfast, featuring a sweet, savory, and bar station. Then, we'll walk 0.4 miles – just two blocks! – from the restaurant to our viewing spot on the parade route.
Watch the Parade from Our Pop-Up Tent
Our blue pop-up tent will be set-up near the corner of Sixth Ave and Balboa Dr. We are planning to secure a spot in the same area as last year which faces the parade route on Balboa Dr. The parade begins at 10:00 a.m. at the Hillcrest Pride Flag at University Ave. and Normal St., proceeds west on University Ave., turns south on 6th Ave., turns left onto Balboa Dr. and ends at Quince Dr.
Please feel free to stay for as long or as little as you like! Snacks and refreshments will be available at the pop-up tent.
