Overview

For nearly 20 years, Jennifer Hoffman has defended insurers in a wide range of litigation, including leading the successful defense of complex class action disputes against insurers throughout California and across the country. Jennifer also excels at litigating individual cases involving novel coverage questions and extracontractual claims, building a strong track record in high-stakes litigation before state and federal courts.

Beyond her litigation work, Jennifer proactively advises insurer clients on institutional practices and compliance issues. She provides actionable, strategic advice to help clients identify, assess and mitigate potential exposures. Jennifer counsels clients on complex coverage questions under diverse first- and third-party policies, including auto, commercial general liability, professional liability, life, homeowners and commercial property policies.
