Adam Shipley represents clients in business transactions. The co-leader of the firm’s Corporate practice group, he advises on company acquisition and sale transactions, growth capital transactions, joint ventures and partnership formation. His clients include companies based in the U.S. and overseas.
With deep knowledge of the transactions market—and routinely advising both buyers and sellers—Adam is well positioned to offer his clients the timely and strategic commercial advice that gets deals done.
Adam has extensive experience in the investment management, technology/software, healthcare and manufacturing sectors, though he has advised on matters in many other industries as well (see the Experience tab). In addition, he acts for insurance companies/MGAs regarding transactional risk (representations and warranties insurance) matters, and he leads the firm’s transactional risk advisory team.
