Lauren is a high-stakes fiduciary and trust litigator. She represents trustees, individual beneficiaries, and charitable organizations in trust and will contests, breach of fiduciary duty actions, accounting disputes, and reformation or modification actions. In the course of a dispute, Lauren leads cross-disciplinary teams of attorneys, accountants, investment advisors, valuation experts, and fiduciaries to align legal, tax, and financial objectives into a unified strategy.
